Directions:
Boil 1.5 cups of water. Add 1-2 TBL of tea blend and allow it to simmer for 20 minutes or more. This helps to break down the cell walls of the chaga mushrooms allowing the maximum benefits to be extracted. Add 1/2 cup of your milk of choice & simmer until warm. Strain, sip, and Enjoy!
